This is a complete 14 gauge curved barbell with one 4mm fixed Bezel-set white faux-pal cabochon gem and one top end threaded 6 petal white faux-pal gem flower. The bezel-set bottom cabochon gem is 4mm and the Flower gems are 2mm.
