Manufactured from ASTM F-138 certified implant-grade stainless steel. The ball end is counter sunk for a nice tight fit on any internally threaded post. These threaded ball ends have a build in self-locking feature which keeps them securely attached to their posts. All the jewelry we sell is hand polished to a mirror finish.
