The short version
We never sell your personal information. We collect only what’s needed to fill your order, answer your questions and keep the shop running, and we share it only with the services that help us do that.
This policy covers shop.ipricku.com, run by Paul (“iPrickU,” “we,” “us”) in Staten Island, New York. By using the shop or placing an order, you agree to this policy and to our Terms and Conditions.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses, plus what you bought. Card and bank details are entered into our payment processor’s secure form and go straight to them. We never see or store your full card number.
- If you create an account: your login details, saved addresses and order history.
- If you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you write in your message.
- Automatically, when you visit: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that sent you here. This helps us understand how the shop is used and keep it secure.

- To send order emails: confirmation, shipping and tracking
- To answer your questions and help with sizing
- To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure
- To understand which pages and products people visit, so we can improve the shop
- To send marketing emails, only if you sign up for them
- To meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run the shop, and only what each one needs. Each has its own privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. If the shop were ever sold, customer records would transfer to the new owner under this same policy.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser saves. We use them to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, protect checkout from fraud, and count visits. Our payment processor also uses cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout won’t work without them.
Emails
Placing an order means you’ll get emails about that order. You won’t get marketing emails unless you sign up for them yourself, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn’t stop order emails.
How long we keep it, and how it’s protected
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Contact form messages and account details are kept until you ask us to delete them or they’re no longer needed.
The shop uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by our payment processor rather than stored on our site. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website can promise perfect security.
Your choices
Email us any time to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong (you can also edit your details in My Account)
- Ask us to delete your information, apart from order records we’re legally required to keep
- Stop marketing emails
We’ll reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you live somewhere with its own privacy laws, such as Europe or California, you may have additional rights, and we’ll honor them.
Age: the shop is meant for adults 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes and contact
