About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed at shop.ipricku.com (“iPrickU,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them, so please read them before you check out.
Questions about anything here? Email info@ipricku.com before you order.
Products, pricing and payment
- Everything listed is in stock. Nothing on the site is made to order.
- The price at checkout is the price you pay. Gold prices change with the market, so prices on the site may be updated without notice, but an order is charged at the price shown when you placed it.
- In-studio prices may differ from website prices. Online prices apply to online orders only.
- Photos are as accurate as we can make them. Genuine gemstones, opals and natural materials vary slightly from piece to piece, and screens show color differently.
- Threadless ends and posts are sold separately unless the listing says otherwise.
- Payment is taken at checkout through the payment options shown there. Sales tax is added where required.
Shipping
- All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders ship on the Monday after your payment clears. If that Monday is a postal holiday, your order ships the next business day.
- You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you enter, and we can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships by emailing info@ipricku.com with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
All sales are final
All jewelry is final sale. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
Body jewelry is worn inside the body. Once a piece leaves our hands, we have no way to confirm it hasn’t been tried on or worn, so we can’t accept it back. This protects every customer: anything you receive from us has never been worn by anyone else.
This applies to every order, including pieces ordered in the wrong size, gauge, length or style.
Sizing and fit
Choosing the right gauge, length, diameter and threading is your responsibility. Because all sales are final, please be sure before you order.
Not sure? Email info@ipricku.com before you order and you’ll get help from me. If you’re local, you can also book a fitting at book.ipricku.com.
Problems with an order
If your package arrives damaged, goes missing, or contains the wrong item, email info@ipricku.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos of the package and contents.
We’ll look into it with you and with USPS, and if the problem is on our end, we’ll make it right.
Paul: you said this has never happened. Check the 7-day window and the wording above match how you’d actually handle it, then delete this note.
Installation, care and health
- We strongly recommend having jewelry installed or changed by a professional piercer, especially in a new or healing piercing.
- We aren’t responsible for injury, irritation or infection from installing, wearing or caring for jewelry yourself.
- If you have a known metal sensitivity, check the material listed on each product before you order.
- Nothing on this site is medical advice. For any piercing concern, see a professional piercer or a doctor.
Using this site
- Your account: keep your login private and your details accurate. We aren’t responsible for problems caused by a wrong address or contact details you entered.
- Emails: placing an order means you agree to receive emails about that order, such as confirmations and tracking. Marketing emails are only sent if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Photos and content: the photos, text and logos on this site belong to iPrickU or the jewelry makers who supply them. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission.
- Links to other sites: links to booking, social media or jewelry makers’ sites are provided for convenience. We aren’t responsible for those sites.
- If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
