This straight barbell with bezel-set forward facing opal zirconia gem ends consist of a post with one fixed 4mm bezel-set zirconia gem end and one threaded 4mm bezel-set zirconia gem end that, when tightened, faces the same direction as the fixed end. The threaded end will line up only with the barbell included in the set. No other barbell or end will line up correctly.
